Tree Planting Raises Funds
Andover Trees United was recently commissioned to plant a small area of mixed native woodland and hedging in a private Hampshire country garden.
Shane, Andrew, Doreen, Linda, and Wendy spent 2 lovely days in late January and early February planting and providing mulch cover for 200 native trees. Although cold, the sun shone, buzzards circled overhead, and woodpeckers hammered in nearby trees.
All the proceeds from the commission will be added to the charity's funds.
