Join us for a guided walk in Harmony Woods, followed by presentations by our volunteers and youth team (including stories from their recent expedition to Costa Rica!) & our Annual General Meeting.
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
Starting at 10:00 in Harmony Woods (9:45 arrive), you will be taken on a guided walk by members of our youth team, who will be pointing out areas of interest that link to the conservation work we have undertaken this year.
By 11:00, we will have all made our way (5min walk) to the Landale Wilson Hall in Enham Alamein. Here you will be able to have a cup of tea/coffee and a snack
At 11:15 the formal AGM will begin - if you have volunteered with us in the past year, you have a right to vote in the AGM.
At 11:30/35 you will hear from our youth team as they talk about the projects they have been working on this year. This will be followed by their award ceremony and another comfort break.
At 12:00 there will be a presentation from the participants of the recent expedition to Costa Rica - they'll be sharing photos and stories from the trip.
Finally at 12:30, we will be providing a light lunch. You must let us know in advance if you would like to stay for lunch, and if you have any allergies, so that we can prepare the right amount of food!
Please note if walking is a difficulty or if you have little time, you are welcome to meet us at the hall at 11am.
We hope you can make it to help us celebrate what has been achieved this year and to thank those that have helped along the way...
