Key Task:

• Check trees planted - secure canes, check spiral guards

• Check through mulch around trees in Section A for creeping thistle root and remove

• Once mulch rings checked for creeping thistle, top up mulch around trees as needed

• Collect tree ID sticks from Section B up to Friday’s planting - leave Vernham Dean sticks

• Check container - ensure all tools are stored correctly and have been cleaned

• Count trees remaining in nursery bed - record how many of each species is left

• Tidy and clean down The Cabin ready for Saturday’s end-of-year celebrations

• Clean and check toilets

• Make list of everything needed to restock
