David Taylor
Dave at Leatham Creative takes boundless approach to his woodworking. From ancient types of chess boards no longer in production to hand sculpted chairs, he specialises in non-traditional techniques to realise the most absurd ideas into beautiful objects and bespoke furniture.
From the ash donated there will be the creation of a pedestal side table that resembles a log that has split into quarters. Once quartered the sections will be steam bent into a handsome curve to give the four 'legs' of the pedestal an impression that the log has split apart of it's own volition. Finished with a circular glass top.
